Remove the cartridge from the printer, clean the cartridge contacts with a cloth, and reinstall the cartridges if the error persists.



Ink Out/ Empty Ink/ Low Ink-


This error may be detected during your printing routine. When a person replaces the cartridge with a new one and still receives this error, it may appear strange.

Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge 2.3 times to override this error until it is firmly seated in the slot and a cloth is used to clean the cartridge contacts.
